Ways to ship from Bulgaria
Cargo from Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora and other Bulgarian cities travels by road to the Turkish or Romanian border, most often via the Kapitan Andreevo – Kapıkule crossing. It then goes to a consolidation warehouse in Istanbul, where it is transshipped and sent on to Russia through border terminals. This route works well for groupage and full truckloads (FTL).
Rail shipments go via Svilengrad (Bulgaria) and Çerkezköy (Turkey) stations. The cargo then joins a sea leg through the Georgian ports of Poti and Batumi and continues to Russia. This option is ideal for medium and large consignments, especially as part of multimodal logistics chains.
Cargo can be shipped from Sofia, Varna and Burgas airports. After clearance in Bulgaria, it is sent to the cargo terminal at Istanbul Airport and flown direct to Moscow (Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo) or Saint Petersburg (Pulkovo). Air suits urgent and high-value shipments.
On the sea route, cargo first travels by road from Bulgaria to the port of Rotterdam (Netherlands). There the container is loaded onto a vessel bound for Russia — the port of Novorossiysk or Saint Petersburg. This route is ideal for containers and heavy consignments where a lower rate per tonne matters.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Your dedicated manager keeps you informed of the cargo's location, providing shipment status and checkpoint updates on request.
Just contact us by phone, email or via the form on the website. Our manager will clarify the cargo details, suggest route options and estimate the transit time.
The price depends on the cargo's weight and volume, the chosen route, timing and any extra services — for example, insurance, certification or warehouse consolidation.
International shipping requires a basic set: an invoice, a packing list and a transport document (CMR, bill of lading or air waybill, depending on the mode). In some cases you will also need an EX-1 export declaration, a T1 transit declaration and a certificate of origin. Our manager will tell you exactly what is required.
We do not handle perishables, dangerous goods or goods banned from import into Russia and the EAEU countries.
