Ways to ship from Portugal
We collect cargo from warehouses in Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra and other cities. The route runs through Spain, France, Germany and Poland before the trucks head into Russia. Suits full loads and groupage.
Combined routes take cargo by road to German or Polish ports, where it is transferred to rail bound for Russia. This option pays off especially for heavy consignments and high-tonnage containers.
For urgent and high-value cargo, we use the airports of Lisbon (Humberto Delgado) and Porto (Francisco Sá Carneiro). Flights route via European hubs — Frankfurt, Paris, Helsinki — with onward delivery to Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
On the sea route, cargo first travels by road from Portugal to the port of Rotterdam in the Netherlands. There it is loaded into a container and shipped by sea to Russia — to the ports of Saint Petersburg, Ust-Luga or Novorossiysk. This option suits containers, full loads and oversized cargo.

Groupage shipping from Portugal
Groupage (LCL / LTL) is the best option when your cargo is small in volume or weight. We gather client consignments at Portuguese consolidation warehouses, optimise routes and combine your cargo with other shipments heading the same way. This lowers the cost per kg or per cubic metre compared with a full truck.
Downsides: slightly longer transit times and possible waits while each consolidation point fills up. But we monitor every point on the route and keep pricing transparent.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The price depends on the weight and volume, the mode of transport, the cargo's characteristics, and the origin and destination. The quote includes extra services — packing, insurance, certification and customs clearance. To get an exact price, just send a request and our manager will prepare an offer.
Submit a request via the website form or contact our manager. Once the route is agreed and the contract signed, we provide tracking: the cargo's progress along the route, border crossings and terminal handling. Stage-by-stage reports are available on request.
We do not accept perishables, hazardous materials or goods banned from import into Russia. All other categories are agreed case by case.
Delays can be caused by border queues, document checks, weather, seasonal factors and route congestion. For groupage, timing also depends on when the consignment is complete. We plan routes to minimise these risks and keep transit times under control.
