Cargo from the Czech Republic can move in several formats, depending on your priorities for transit time, budget and cargo type:
Used for urgent shipments or when packaging security matters. Departures are possible from the international airports of Prague, Brno and Ostrava, followed by delivery to the client's warehouse. Transit time: 2–4 days depending on the route and weight.
A combined scheme: road + sea container.
Cargo travels to European ports (primarily Rotterdam), then on to Russia via Novorossiysk, Saint Petersburg and CIS terminals.
Transit time: from 16 days; used for oversized and containerised consignments.
The main delivery mode. Ideal for palletised consignments, industrial goods, spare parts, furniture and equipment. Direct runs are available, as well as consolidation at warehouses in the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries.

Shipping stages from the Czech Republic
- Request and quote. We confirm the route, cargo type, volume and delivery format, and send you a tailored offer.
- Purchasing and consolidation (if needed). We vet the supplier, arrange payment, collect the cargo to our EU warehouse and combine it with other consignments.
- Paperwork. We file the EX-1 (export declaration), invoices and packing lists. Labelling and certification where required.
- Transport. Delivery by road, air or multimodal via EU ports (most often Rotterdam).
- Customs clearance. Import clearance in Russia: we file the declaration, monitor release and, where needed, handle the full import clearance.
- Final delivery. Handover to the client's warehouse or a carrier. Unloading, inspection and a photo report are available.
