Cargov Logistics ships cargo from Norway to Russia by road, sea, air and multimodal routes. We choose the route to fit the dimensions, timing and budget, collect from the shipper, file the EX-1 / T1 and CMR, insure the cargo, monitor key milestones and deliver to the door.

Our European and Russian teams coordinate collection, delivery and the document set, with regular status updates. Transit time and rate are fixed in a commercial offer after the briefing.

Ways to ship from Norway

We collect full loads and groupage from warehouses around Oslo and on the west coast. Trucks exit via the Storskog – Borisoglebsky corridor, then head to Central and North-Western Russia. We use curtainsiders and, on request, reefers and cross-docking. Ideal for door-to-door delivery with precise collection and delivery windows.

Multimodal transport

We combine sea + road / rail or air + road to stay on budget while meeting your deadline. The container goes by sea to a hub, then by rail to a Russian junction station, with the last mile by truck. For project cargo we add inspection, reinforced packaging and a route-specific lashing plan.

Air freight

Urgent consignments fly from Oslo Gardermoen (OSL); alternatives are Bergen (BGO), Stavanger (SVG), Trondheim (TRD) and Tromsø (TOS). Consolidation at the cargo terminal, AWB, the next available flight and, after landing, delivery across Russia to the warehouse. The solution for electronics, spare parts and small consignments with tight deadlines.

We handle FCL / LCL containers at the ports of Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim and Kristiansand. Cargo moves by feeder to the port of Rotterdam, then by sea to Russia, with on-carriage by road or rail. For oversized cargo we use flat racks and RO-RO. This option is chosen for serial consignments and heavy items when the rate matters more than speed.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need for a quote?

A cargo description, packaging, the dimensions and weight of each package, the collection and delivery points, and the ready date. Attach a specification or photos if you have them. Based on this, we'll prepare an offer with the transit time and a starting price.

How long does a preliminary quote take?

Usually within one business day. If we need to clarify the route or non-standard packaging, we'll let you know along with a list of questions.

What documents are needed to get started?

An invoice, a packing list, the parties' contact details and, for shipments from EU countries, an EX-1 export declaration. We provide the remaining forms and templates once terms are agreed.

How do you keep me updated on the shipment?

Your assigned manager reports status at key milestones: collection, terminal handover, departure, arrival and warehouse delivery. By email or messenger, whichever you prefer; final documents are sent the same way.

How do I book a shipment?

Contact us any way you like: via the website form, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp / Telegram. We'll respond quickly, assign a manager and help get your shipment moving.
