Depending on the cargo type, timeline and budget, there are three main ways to ship from Vietnam to Russia:

The most popular option for container and groupage cargo. Cargo ships from the ports of Haiphong, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, then by sea to Vladivostok, Saint Petersburg or via ports in third countries.
Transit time from 25 days; price from $2,100 per 20-foot container.
Suits: clothing, machinery, furniture, building materials, fruit.
Small and medium-sized consignments are consolidated at a warehouse in Vietnam and shipped in a groupage truck or container.
Scheduled departures. Transit time 18 to 35 days (depending on the route and port of arrival).

- Request and quote: you send a request describing your cargo; we choose the best route and delivery mode and calculate the cost.
- Purchasing and inspection (optional): if needed, we buy the goods from the supplier in Vietnam, check them against the order and provide a photo report.
- Collection and consolidation: we collect the cargo from the factory, warehouse or office. For small volumes, we combine it with other shipments at the consolidation warehouse.
- Paperwork and dispatch: we prepare the export declaration and ship the cargo by sea or air — direct to Russia or via transit hubs.
- Customs clearance in Russia: we file the import declaration, select the HS codes and, if needed, arrange certificates, state registration and labelling.
- Delivery to the consignee: we deliver the cargo to Moscow, Vladivostok or another city — to a warehouse, terminal or specified address. Unloading and signed proof of delivery are available.
