Shipping options from Serbia

Depending on volume, timing and budget, three shipping options are available:

Every route includes export clearance (including EX-1), consolidation, inspection and delivery to an address in Russia.

Air freight

Used for urgent shipments or small cargo. Cargo can fly from Belgrade airports or via hubs in Vienna and Budapest. Delivery to Moscow takes from 2–5 days. Recommended for testers, samples, high-margin goods and products with a short shelf life.

Cargo travels by road from Serbia to the port of Rotterdam (Netherlands), then by sea to Saint Petersburg or Novorossiysk. A good fit for clients who want to optimise costs on large volumes.

Suits commercial consignments, equipment and palletised cargo.

Road freight (direct route)

The main way to ship from Serbia. Cargo travels by road via Hungary, Slovakia, Poland and Belarus, or via Latvia.

Suits both groupage and full loads. Often used for pharmaceuticals, textiles, machinery and small electronics.

Which Serbian cities we ship from

We collect cargo from the country's key logistics centres, from both companies and private senders.

Collection from other cities can also be arranged by agreement — including non-standard routes and non-standard cargo.

Main origins:

  • Belgrade — the central hub: warehouses and an airport, convenient for road and multimodal routes
  • Novi Sad — a developed industrial zone, commercial consignments
  • Niš, Subotica, Kragujevac — collection from factories, private warehouses and online stores

Shipping stages from Serbia

Our logistics cover the full cycle — from collection to handover at a warehouse or address in Russia.

  1. Request and quote. We take the cargo details: volume, weight, route, packaging. We choose the best delivery option and calculate the rate.
  2. Consolidation and paperwork. We collect the cargo from the supplier and, if needed, consolidate consignments at our warehouse. We prepare the invoice, packing list, EX-1 and other export documents.
  3. Delivery to the border or port. Direct road haulage or via a consolidation warehouse in the EU. For multimodal routes, haulage to the port of Rotterdam.
  4. International transport. By sea, road or air, depending on the chosen route. Tracking and transit time control throughout.
  5. Customs clearance in Russia. We prepare the document set for import clearance, including SGR certificates, declarations of conformity and certificates. We work with brokers and can file documents on the client's behalf.
  6. Final delivery. We hand the cargo over at a warehouse or a carrier's terminal, or deliver to an address in Moscow, St Petersburg or other Russian regions.

Frequently asked questions

Can you combine several shipments from different senders in Serbia?

Yes, we offer consolidation: we'll gather consignments from different suppliers, prepare a single document set and ship them in one run.

How long does delivery from Serbia to Moscow take?

By road — from 6 days. Multimodal via Rotterdam and sea — from 20–25 days. By air — from 2–4 days, depending on capacity and cargo type.

Do export documents need to be filed in Serbia?

No. Since the cargo travels through the EU, the export declaration is filed in the country where it leaves the EU — most often the Netherlands (EX-1). We take care of this.

Are there restrictions on the types of goods?

We do not carry goods banned from import into Russia, or dual-use products without the relevant permits. Everything else is discussed case by case.

Can you purchase goods from a supplier in Serbia for me?

Yes. On request, we buy goods on the client's behalf, check quality, provide a photo report, pack and ship.
