Frequently asked questions

What if the consignment is ready in parts and with different suppliers in France?

The parts are received at our EU warehouse and combined into one shipment with a single set of documents.

Can French goods be shipped if the brand has officially stopped working with Russia?

Yes, in some cases delivery is possible. The decision depends on the product category, its sanctions status and the chosen clearance scheme. Such cargo is reviewed against the product list and documents before shipping begins.

Why does groupage from France sometimes take longer than a dedicated truck?

Transit time depends not on the route but on the consolidation schedule and on whether all parties to the consignment have their documents ready.

Does it matter exactly where the supplier's warehouse is in France?

Yes. The location affects collection, consolidation lead times and the overall route.
