Depending on the volume, urgency and type of cargo, we use the following delivery options:
Used for urgent or compact shipments. Cargo can depart from Ljubljana and Maribor airports or nearby hubs. Suits samples, medical products, electronics and high-value goods. Delivery takes 2–4 days on average.
Routes with a sea leg via Northern European ports — primarily Rotterdam. Cargo travels to the port by road and is then shipped by sea to Russia.
Transit from 16 days, depending on the destination.
The best option for most cargo. Direct delivery or consolidation at European warehouses. Suits palletised, boxed and individually packed goods.

Shipping stages from Slovenia
- Request and quote. You submit a request — we confirm the route and cargo details and choose the best delivery option.
- Purchasing and collection. If needed, we buy the goods from the supplier or collect the cargo from a warehouse, factory or private address.
- Consolidation and packing. We consolidate consignments at our warehouse, check their condition and, if needed, repack and label them.
- Paperwork. We prepare the accompanying documents and file the EX-1 export declaration.
- Transport. Delivery by road, air or multimodal route, depending on the job.
- Customs clearance. We provide the documents for import clearance on the consignee's side or handle it all turnkey on request.
- Delivery to the consignee. We hand the cargo over at a terminal, warehouse or address, in line with the delivery terms.
