Ways to ship from the UK to Russia

We collect cargo from warehouses in London, Manchester or Birmingham. The truck travels across Europe and crosses the Russian border, and we then deliver to Moscow, Saint Petersburg or the regions.

Rail freight

We ship groupage from a UK warehouse to the port of Rotterdam or Hamburg, from where it travels by train via Belarus to Moscow. This route is a popular choice for large consignments.

Air freight

We accept cargo at London Heathrow or Manchester airport. It flies to Moscow (Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo) or Saint Petersburg (Pulkovo). After landing, it clears customs and is delivered to the client's address.

Cargo is trucked from a UK warehouse to the port of Rotterdam. There it is loaded into a container and shipped by sea to Russia — most often to Saint Petersburg or Ust-Luga. After unloading, we deliver it to the consignee's warehouse.

Frequently asked questions

How is the cost of shipping from the UK calculated?

The price depends on weight, volume, cargo type (groupage, full load, oversized), the mode of transport, origin and destination, as well as packaging, warehousing, customs duties, taxes and insurance. For an exact quote, just send us the specification and addresses — our manager will prepare an offer.

How do I book a shipment?

Book via the request form on the website or directly with a manager. Tell us the cargo details, route and timing. Once the route and price are agreed, we sign a contract and arrange collection.

Are there restrictions? What don't you ship?

We do not accept perishables, dangerous goods or products banned from import or export by law. If your goods fall into a regulated category (such as chemicals, biomaterials or medicines), this is clarified when you submit your request.
